• Policy Overview:

To ensure clarity, consistency, and fairness, the following rules apply to all promotions, credits, rewards, and discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Offer Definitions:

- Credit
A credit is a monetary value applied toward a service or fee.
Example: Waived first-time consultation fee.

- Reward
A reward is a complimentary service or add-on.
Example: Free nutrient add-on.

- Discount
A discount is a percentage-off or dollar-off reduction applied to a product or service.
Examples: “15% OFF” or “$10 OFF.”

• Disclosure and Labeling:

- All offers provided by Alive Infusions are considered one of the following:
> Credit
> Reward
> Discount

- Discounts apply only to eligible products or services.
- Discounts may not be applied to items that are already discounted.
- Any offer presented as a percentage-off or dollar-off amount is classified as a discount.
- Discounts are non-combinable with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
- Offers must be active, properly issued, and eligible at the time of service.
- Combination eligibility is subject to all other rules outlined in this policy.

• Combination Rules:

- Formula:
> Credit + Reward: Combinable
> Credit + Discount: Combinable
> Credit + Reward + Discount: Combinable
> Discount + Discount: Not combinable
> Reward + Reward: Not combinable

• Price Floor and Over-Application Protection:

- Under no circumstances may any combination of credits, rewards, and or discounts result in a final price below zero dollars.
- If the application of any offer or combination of offers would reduce the total value of a service or product below zero, the excess value is automatically null and void.
- Alive Infusions will not issue refunds, credits, cash equivalents, or commitments to pay or reimburse any overage.
- Offers have no cash value and may only be applied up to the full value of the eligible service or product.
